Nica was born and raised in Bryan-College Station! After spending quite a bit of time in leasing and property management, Nica realized she wanted to help people in her community on their journey to home ownership. Full speed ahead, Nica got her Real Estate license in 2015 and used her local knowledge to help her clients find the perfect place to call home. When Nica isn’t showing homes or sending offers, you can find her spending time with her family jumping from one activity to another and making memories.
