According to the Texas Homebuyers and Sellers Report, Texans saw a 9.6% increase in their household income from 2012 to 2013. Nearly double the national average. Almost 30% of the homes purchased in the Lone Star State were new construction, even though lending requirements remained strict. Texas easily outpaced the U.S. in home sales, which is a direct result of our growing and healthy economy and we have three of the top five fastest growing cities in the entire nation!
