About Danielle Richardson

Born and raised in Texas, Danielle recently joined the Kristi Fox Real Estate Group, bringing a deep-rooted understanding of the local real estate market to her clients. With three years of experience in the industry, Danielle combines her expertise with Kristi Fox’s 24 years of knowledge, offering a total of 27 years of combined real estate experience. Danielle is passionate about exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service. Known for her commitment to accessibility, she ensures that her clients receive prompt and personalized attention at every step. Specializing in single-family homes and skilled negotiation, Danielle takes great pride in guiding first-time homebuyers through the journey to achieving their dream of homeownership.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, Danielle served as a dispatcher on a Marine base for five years, an experience that deepened her respect for Veterans, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs. This respect led her to join the Kristi Fox Real Estate Group, where she can actively support the Homes for Heroes program, providing valuable resources and assistance to deserving heroes within the community.

 

Outside of her professional life, Danielle cherishes spending time with her son and family. With a strong sense of community and a genuine passion for helping others, Danielle is dedicated to making every real estate transaction a positive and rewarding experience for her clients.
