About Kayleigh Gilchrist

Born and raised in Rockdale, Texas, I developed a deep appreciation for agriculture, business, and the value of strong community roots. I carried that passion into my education at Tarleton State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Industry along with an Associate’s degree in Accounting in 2013. This unique combination equipped me with both operational insight and financial acumen, creating a strong foundation for my career.

 

I began my professional journey at the Texas A&M Medical Diagnostic Laboratory, where I worked in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment that strengthened my organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. From there, I transitioned into real estate, spending five years as a property manager overseeing residential. In that role, I managed tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting—gaining a comprehensive understanding of property operations and client service.

 

Motivated to grow within the industry, I earned my real estate license and moved into sales, where I helped clients navigate buying, selling, and investing across the Bryan–College Station area. My experience in both property management and sales gave me a well-rounded perspective of the real estate process from start to finish.

 

In fall 2024, I transitioned into the title industry with Aggieland Title Company, further expanding my knowledge of the closing process and transaction management. After Aggieland closed in 2025, I continued building my expertise at Summit Title Group as an escrow assistant through the end of the year. These roles allowed me to work closely with contracts, title review, and closing coordination—deepening my understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes that ensure successful real estate transactions.

 

Today, I bring that full-circle experience to my role as Executive Assistant to Kristi Fox Satsky with the Kristi Fox Real Estate Team. In this position, I serve as a key point of organization and support, managing communication, coordinating schedules, assisting with transaction preparation, and helping maintain seamless day-to-day operations. I am passionate about creating structure, anticipating needs, and ensuring both clients and team members receive a high level of service and care.

 

My husband, Wade, and I have proudly called the Bryan–College Station area home since 2009. We are raising our two children, Tatum and Wesley, here and are grateful to be part of such a vibrant and growing community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting local events, and building meaningful relationships. I take pride in being someone others can rely on—both professionally and personally—and am committed to contributing to the continued success of the Kristi Fox Real Estate Team and the clients we serve.
